The closest I've been able to find to this is a blue and white tablet that manufactured by Adams Laboratories, which they list as containing 600mgs of Guaifenesin, is it most commonly used to treat congestion.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?
