I am having surgery on my nose and need to know if this medication thins your blood?

The Acetaminophen in this can cause some blood thinning, but not as much as NSAIDs. I'd suggest checking with your surgeon to see if you need to stop taking it.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, nervousness and insomnia.

Did they give a specific list of what not to take?
