This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being a 150mg Budeprion XL tablet, which is most commonly used to treat depression and as a smoking cessation aid.
That said, that is just the shell of the pill that's being expelled. That is normal with time released medications. But you are getting the full dose, just as prescribed.
Typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
