Propan with buclizine has been very effective with my underweight kids ages 1.3 years and 4 years old. Saw the result after 3 days of taking. Propan is better to introduce in the morning. We have it here in the Philippines.

it actually depends in what Propan you are talking about..
Porpan TLC would just be the regular multivitamins. Propan with buclizine is a prescription MEDICATION. I said medication because buclizine is a medication. An anti-histamine that also has another property which is being an appetite stimulant. You cannot get it over the counter. It requires prescription.

Propan Syrup is actually just a multivitamin nutritional supplement used to make sure that someone is getting enough of the proper nutrients it contains. This, it's not something special to specifically help with appetite.
However, an improper appetite that may be causing him to not get enough nutrients kind of starts a cycle, where his health and appetite may get worse, due to one contributing to the other.
The ingredients in Propan Syrup are:
Buclizine HCl 5 mg, retinol palmitate 2,000 iu, cholecalciferol 200 iu, d-α tocopherol acetate 1 iu, thiamine HCl 1 mg, riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium 1 mg, dl- panthenol 3 mg, pyridoxine HCl 1 mg, cyanocobalamin 1 mcg, ascorbic acid 60 mgs and niacinamide 18 mg.
So it may be easier for you to just look for a product that is available to you that has the same ingredients.
Or you could also talk to his doctor and just ask them to recommend a good children's multivitamin.
