Brown Pill 54

I found this small reddish brownish oval pill shaped and on one side is engraved 54 on it, I've been googling and asking around about it but I just can't seem to find it anywhere on the Internet! Which is sad because my friends are doing these and worried because I never seen or heard of them in my life! There somewhat like the bigger pill they call ritilan with the M 54 written on the one side but this one is different, smaller and the number 54 is engraved on the one side! Is this what they say it is? Concerned for my friends!

Yes, there is a generic for Ritalin that matches this description and it contains 54mgs of Methylphenidate, it is manufactured by Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals.
