Brisoprolol Fumarate E 774 Vs Ul 10

I am taking brisoprolol fumarate 10mg, I recently changed pharmacies, the bottle from my new pharmacy had E 774 on the bottom of the script sticker on bottle, my old meds said ul 10. The pharmacist insist it's the same meds, but since switching last week, I've had history of nausea, GI issues, and headaches. Coincidence or are the medicines different? Thank you.

They are both the same medication in the same dosage, just manufactured by different companies, so the pharmacist is correct.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.

Has there been any change in your blood pressure or heart rate levels?
