Brand V Generic
Updatedwas taking generic Norco was always feeling very stranged, like I was sluggish. Now was given brand and all of those feeling have disappeared and is working better. is there a difference, for some say it's all the same ingredients.

The ingredients are the same, but the amount may not necessarily be equal. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, a generic can differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredients. While that's not really a huge difference, it may be enough that the name brand works much better for you.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
