Hello, Tonja! How are you?

Has your doctor prescribed it for you?

The FDA lists this as containing the active ingredient Phendimetrazine, which is a stimulant that's used to aid in weight loss. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, nervousness, insomnia and anorexia.

However, due to the risks, such as elevated heart rate and blood pressure, it shouldn't be taken, without your doctor's approval.
