Body Tolerance

I have had 4 surgeries in the past 2 years and because I am prone to blood clots I have been taking lovenox twice a day (100 mg 2 times a day). I just had a doppler of my leg and the blood clot is still there. I do have an umbrella filter to stop the clot from travelling. How long can the body tolerate lovenox. I am sick of theses injections, and it is getting very frustrating.

As far as body tolerance goes, I haven't come across many scenarios where people experienced side effects. So I can only assume that most people tend to tolerate it well.

Lovenox (Enoxaparin) is a Heparin drug, thus only available as an injection unfortunately. There are other blood thinners available in pill form, but you would need to discuss your options with you doctor, as sometimes the oral version do not work adequately for all conditions.

I hope this helps! Have you considered looking into any natural alternatives?
