Valium is a Benzodiazepine with a pretty long detection time for most drug tests, if you've been using high amounts for a long period of time, it can be detected for anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks.

However, if you were taking it under a doctor's orders, then you just need to inform them of this, when you go in to have the test done.
