No, no morphine listed in the US prescription drugs databases with that code on it. Prescription drugs generally have both letters and numbers on them since regulations require that they can be identified by them, so you know who the manufacturer is, the dose and the drug.
My guess is that if all that is on there is a 2 on one side and a 3 on the other, it is probably an over the counter item.
Remember, the color of a tablet doesn't meany anything. Just because they are some blue morphine pills, not all blue pills are morphine.
