I found a round blue pill with A and wave like line next to A...can anyone identify this PILL?

This sounds like Ambien CR which is the extended release version of the regular version of Ambien. (sleep aid)

Roxy is correct, Sanofi-Aventis lists this tablet as being a 12.5mg Ambien CR tablet, it contains the active ingredient Zolpidem. It is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, sedation, sleep actions, hallucinations, and next day hangover-like effects.
