Is it an oblong/oval blue tablet?

If so, it is an over the counter product sold under the name Equate Extra Strength Pain Reliever and Sleep Aid, which is listed as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it is a generic for Tylenol PM.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
