I can't be completely sure, since they appear to be from a foreign source, but it seems that these pills may be a foreign version of Viagra, which is used to treat ED.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stuffy nose and priapism.

Can anyone confirm this?
