According to the discussion thread linked below, these are reported to be a fake version of Viagra that originates from China:

Apparently they do work pretty well, but are still considered counterfeit regardless… so it's difficult to say whether or not they use any kind of quality control within their processes. However it sounds to me like it may be best to go ahead and get them analyzed by a lab first if you have any intention of taking it, just to be on the safe side.
