Hello,
Was able to find a Naproxen Sodium pill that matches your description. Naproxen is used in the treatment of back pain, pain, ankylosing spondylitis, aseptic necrosis and bursitis. I have provided a picture as well as some information below to make sure that this is the pill you are describing. Side note since this medicine is an over the counter medication I was not able to find a NDC to give you.
