Blue Oblong Pill With An M On One Side And L M On The Other

It's a small, light blue, oblong pill with an M on one side, and a line down the middle of the other side with L on one half, and an M on the other. I have no idea what it's supposed to be used for.

I believe I located your pill, Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill it's Levothyroxine 0.15 mg, which is a hormone replacement usually given to patients with thyroid problems, specifically, hypothyroidism.
