To add some specifics, the ingredients in this tablet are 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 25mgs of Diphenhydramine and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, it used to reliever allergy or cold symptoms, but since the Diphenhydramine can cause drowsiness, it is considered a nighttime formulation.

Older formulations of this may have contained Pseudoephedrine, rather than Phenylephrine, so before assuming, please check the information on the packaging.
