Blue 15 Mg Morphine Pill With Tramacet

If this pill doesn't have it's full effect for the hour period, then can I use tramacet in between? I have a cancerous tumour resting on the main vein exiting the kidney. It cannot be surgically removed. Too many risks involved
Waiting to start radiotherapy. In the meantime I'm in a lot of pain and my doctor prescribed this pill. But it doesn't last d recommended 12 hours. Is it possible to squeeze a tramacet in these two pills
