Blood Vs Urine Drug Test

if your urine is clean of drugs does that mean that your blood is also?

Most likely - most of the time urine tests detect things for longer than blood tests. But of course, depending on what the test is looking for the detection time may be very similar, or in the case of Barbiturates, it may linger in the blood longer.
