Are these meds considered blood thinners for surgery: ferrous sulfate 325 mg EC, glipizide 5 methocarbamol 500 mg, metformin 1000 mg

No, none of the medications you listed are considered blood thinners. NSAIDS, such as Aleve, ASPRIN, ibuprofen, and prescribed NSAIDS are considered meds that can thin the blood as well as your typical blood thinners...... Coumadin, heparin, etc.
