Alanerv is a nutritional supplement, which contains:

α-lipoic acid 300 mg, polyunsaturated fatty acids (GLA, LA) 300 mg, vit E 7.5 mg, vit B5 4.5 mg, vit B6 1.5 mg, vit B2 1.2 mg, vit B1 1.05 mg, selenium methionine 25 mcg

And, generally, the only thing that doctors have people avoid, when taking Warfarin is Vitamin K, though it depends on your INR, because there are some other vitamins that can also affect it. Thus, you should always check with your doctor or pharmacist, before taking anything.
