Blood Sugar Not Under Control (Top voted first)

I am 53yrs old male.I was detected with DM2 3 yrs back.I am on medication since then. In April, doctor advised me to take Galvus met 50/850mg before breakfast and Metformin SR 850mg in d evening. But since last 1 mnth my blood sugar levels suddenly shot up to Fasting 190 and PP 230. suggest me the correct dosage. My lipid profile and B.P. are nomal.

What types of foods do you usually eat? Anything sweet, including fruits and anything heavy in fat will cause your blood sugar to be elevated.

How much exercise do you get? That is also vital to helping to keep your sugar under control.
