Do I still need to take my losartan now that I am on diltiazem and digoxin for Afib?

What have your blood pressure readings been? How's the a-fib?

The Losartan is an ARB and the Doltiazem is a calcium channel blocker and while they both treat the same types of conditions, they are often used together to help enable better control of them. Thus, one shouldn't be stopped, without your doctor's approval and supervision.
