Please see your doctor immediately to have this checked out. There is a chance that this could be a rare and possibly dangerous reaction to the medication called Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, which can be fatal, if left untreated. You need to have this checked out ASAP, for your own safety.
Metformin is an oral antidiabetic medication that is used to help lower and control blood sugar, its common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, hypoglycemia, flatulence and stomach pain.
