The FDA classifies it as a supplement that is claimed to help with conditions, such as the flu, immune support, chronic fatigue and pain.

However, since it is a supplement, it has not actually been proven to help with anything.

You should also check with your doctor, before taking it, if you have any medical conditions and/or are on any medications.
