Black Capsule 18 789

Found an all black capsule with the imprint 18-789 on it in my son's room but I can't find out anything about it.

This isn't listed in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked, so it's most likely an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this capsule?

I looked up this black capsule w/18-789 imprint as I found some in an old pill bottle belonging to a deceased family member. I thought it was a "Black Beauty" or prescription amphetamine. Turns out it is probably a caffeine pill or a "lookalike". Hope this helps.

I just found one, too. How crazy? I found it in a jacket I haven't worn since 1972. I knew that jacket had some secrets. I don't know what it is either.
