There is a bacteria inside of me and I was advised to take this red and black capsule called ampicillina. What is it used for?

It is an antibiotic that is used to treat or prevent bacterial infections. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
