Black And Clear Capsules
UpdatedI found black and clear capsules in my closet and my brother has his stuff stored in there. They were already opened and empty. I can't find any writing on it and I can't find anything online that resembles them. He is currently a recovering addict and it's kind of an emergency situation. Please help!
