Is bisop 5mg similar to concor 5mg as I'm in Australia and concor is not available?

Yes, they both contain the active ingredient Bisoprolol, so they are the same, just with different brand names.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
