UpdatedHello im on week four of the birth control patch going on day three and my period has not started is this normal

I'm sorry, but I'm not clear, are you wearing a patch this week or not?
Because you're only supposed to wear them for 3 weeks, then take the fourth week off.
However, either way, yes it can be normal to have irregular periods due to the hormones in them. The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.
