This tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 75mgs(base) of Clopidogrel. It is used to help prevent blood clotting.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
