These are over the counter products, so I don't really know how they are recommended to be taken.

However, you should know that using Senna is not a healthy way to try and lose weight. It is a laxative, so long-term use can cause many problems, including your body becoming dependent on having it, which could result in constipation when you stop using it.

Bethel S 30 is also a supplement product, that is claimed, but not proven to help with weight loss.

To properly loose weight, you should follow a good diet and exercise regimen.
