Can I use betamox to treat boils? The doctor Gave me betamox because I have 2 boils under my arm will it help me

I've noticed a pattern that after taking Betamox for 8 days, I get full of pustules on my face, neck, chest and back. The doctors I consulted said because this reaction was only after 8 days, it couldn't be the antibiotics. I'm convinced it is because on various occasions that I took Betamox this was always the result. The reason I take it is because of my job I'm prone to get infections under my nails because of small cuts. Could you please share your opinion with me.
