My name is shaikrizwan I'm using a cream of ''BETAMIL GM'' past an 1 month i get best result on my face on my face so many pimmples and after using this cream like a magic its gone its amazing cream

However, you should be made aware that one of the active ingredients in this, according to MIMS is Betamethasone, which is a steroid class medication, so it could actually cause or worsen acne, as a side effect, along with skin irritation, redness and dryness, as listed by the FDA.

The other ingredients are Gentamicin and Miconazole, which are types of antibacterial agents.
