I'm sure there are ways you could, but it isn't legal to do so, since all of these ingredients require a prescription in the U.S.

The Betamethasone is a steroid class medication that carries the risk of causing some dangerous side effects, such as fluid retention, elevated heart rate and elevated blood pressure, so the U.S. doesn't allow most of them to be used, without a physician's supervision.

You can get Quadriderm on amazon. I use to live in Mexico and we use to call it the triple treat cream lol.
