Hi Maria,

In order to determine the list of inactive ingredients one would need to know who the manufacturer is or at least have a product on hand to check the label. Generic Betametasona + Clotrimazol + Gentamicina cream may contain any set of fillers if there's no way to identify who makes it or what the actual packaging has on it.

However I do see that one company by the name of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals does use a combination of "benzyl alcohol + cetyl alcohol + stearyl alcohol" in their particular Clotrimazole + Betamethasone dipropionate cream [minus the Gentamicina]. So I think it would be normal to assume that they use alcohol in similar products, but you should probably contact the company who makes it just to be on the safe side.

I hope this helps!
