This isn't available in the U.S., though the ingredients are, but by prescription only. The Betamethasone is a potent steroid, so there can be some risks associated with using it, such as CHF.

Kind of a late reply, nevertheless this cream is actually broadly AVAILABLE in LOS ANGELES! I use it whenever I need it, really not that hard to get a prescription in the L.A area.
