Betaclav Or Augmentin

I went to a the Dr and was prescribed Augmentin, the pharmacy then provided beta lab as an equivalent. Is betaclav an equivalent for augmentin? Or Is it a cheaper generic?

They both contain the same active ingredients.

The U.S. FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
