Betacap Tr 40 With Tryptomer 25mg

I have pain in both leg and hand from last 1 year neurologist prescribed me betacap40mg tryptomer 25mg with gabapentin 300mg and diva 250mg,i am not getting relief till date.so advise me how gate relief

I m using gabantin 300 at morning can i use tryptomer 10mg at night time is there any side effects of taking both the tablet.
