Beta Cap Plus 10 And Tryptomer Side Effect

i m suffering from migraine problem since last 4 years. Dr. had advised me to eat betacap plus 10 and tryptomer daily.

Hi, I have been prescribed betacap 20 mg and tryptomer 10 for throbbing headaches. Although the pain has reduced, still there are signs of the same throbbing if i run for a while or do some strenuous work like climbing a flight of stairs. I also have heavy head all day. Even getting excited results in pain. Please advise if this is normal?
