Best Time To Take Metoprolol

If i take 25 mg of metoprolo tartrate twice a day is it safe to take 6 to 7 hrs apart like 11am and 6pm

It would be best to try for closer to 12 hours apart, though it doesn't have to be perfectly precise, but the more accurate the better.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
