Hello, Ellen! How are you? What are the directions on the prescription label? If they aren't on there, your pharmacy should have record of them.

If the doctor prescribed 150mgs twice a day, then that is how much you should take.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
