Best Substitute For Mscontin

I have been on 100mg MS Contin 2X day for close to 10 years. What would be the best substitute and what MG.

The most likely one to switch to would Oxycontin, it's over one and a half times stronger than Morphine.

So, to equal each 100mgs dose of MS Contin, you'd need about 67mgs of Oxycontin. That's not available as an actual dosage, so your doctor would need to adjust accordingly, either a few milligrams higher or lower, depending on your tolerance.
