Sorry, this site is not medical professionals, so this site does not prescribe, nor tell anyone, what drugs they should take.

You need to consult a doctor for those answers.

As to 'no side effects', I am afraid there AREN'T ANY! Whether you take a prescription medication, or something available over the counter, they ALL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS of some sort, that is the nature of putting foreign chemicals into the human body.
