Please let me know the side effects and benefits of this tablet as I am suffering from knee pain and back nerve pain. Also, how long I can use it?

This is a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins that are known to help with nerve health and function.

The FDA warns that it may cause some nausea, due to its potency.

There is no definitive time frame for taking it, you can do so, as long as your doctor approves. Just be careful not to exceed the recommended dosing.
