Should one or two i cannot fall asleep and my legs hurt i jave the pink 50 mg capsules

The maximum dose is 50mgs, so if you have 50mg capsules, then you can only take one.

You may want to check with your doctor to see if it's okay for you to take it with Acetaminophen, that tends to potentiate it a bit and help it make you more drowsy.
