Did you mean Hyland's Calm Forte?

If so, this is a homeopathic product and they are not evaluated for side effects, as is done with actual prescription drugs.

I have taken it myself, for insomnia issues and found that it helped for a short period of time and I had no side effects from it, but everyone is different.

I'd advise reading the label thoroughly and checking with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you try it.
