Hi jimmy,
It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the sting. An antibiotic probably won't work unless there is an infection. Have you tried applying calamine lotion or any antihistamine creams?
If you're interested in a natural alternative, applying calendula cream to the stung area may be able to reduce swelling and itching. Calendula also has antiseptic properties, so it could possibly help to prevent an infection.
