This is classified by the FDA as a nutritional supplement, it contains a complex of B vitamins and is usually used to treat or prevent a deficiency in them.

That said, the only way it would help stress, or any other condition is if it has been caused by a deficiency in the vital nutrients it contains.

Typical side effects may possibly include administration site irritation, swelling, itching and redness.
